RELONAT’s established network of lawyers/notaries provides closing services and legal counsel to transferring employees.  We facilitate the process and assist with origin property sale and destination property purchase closings by facilitating and overseeing the exchange of information between employee, real estate representatives and lawyers. 

 

We advance funds to cover inspections, surveys, sales commission, legal fees, transfer taxes, disbursements and other allowable expenses eliminating the need for the employee to be out-of-pocket during the process. We also ensure that the funds and expenses are available in both locations for closings (sale & purchase) should the transaction dates be very close or on the same date.
